The Minnesota Geothermal Heat Pump Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to further advancing the geothermal heat pump technology in the state of Minnesota. The organization is comprised of many industry professionals from contractors, engineers & designers, well drilling contractors, loop field contractors, heat pump manufacturers & distributors, electric utilities, and associates to the industry. The primary goal of the association is to provide the industry with training to insure proper design and installations as well as educating the public about the technology. The other main focus of the association will be to work with state and local officials on regulations and other issues that could affect either the geothermal industry, the environment, or the consumer.
